Order Tracking

We will add an online order tracking system in the near future. For now, if you have a question about the status of your order, e-mail us at order@shopglamourcon.com. You MUST include your Last Name and Invoice Number to get a response.

Shipping Information

Shipping Method
We use United States Postal Service Priority Mail. It gets to you pretty quick and it helps keep the cost down.

Shipping Time
Most non-personalized items will get to you in 5 to 10 days of your order. We currently don't offer rush shipping, we'll see about the future.

Shipping Costs
Most items ship at our normal rate of $6.00
Shipping Surcharges: some items are harder or cost more to ship (paintings, heavy items, etc.). These items have a surcharge to make up the difference (it is in addition to the standard $6.00 charge). Each item will indicate before ordering if there is a surcharge.
